Novotel Basel City

For a 4 star hotel everything was perfect, I loved to be here. Checkin was good.

We did n't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was great. The room was clean with excellent bathroom and had a fridge, coffee/tea makers and a sitting area.

Everything was very good, it had free wifi, no complains at all. The location was incredible, not too far from Old Town. Buffet breakfast, loved it.

The staff was a bit rude.

Had pleasant stay for a long time, the staff were professional, location was magnificent and close to the main train station 2 stops by tram or a pleasant walk.

Lovely place for 1 night with cooperative staff at check-out.

nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectations, would recommend it. i loved that the room was fashionable with excellent bathroom.

I loved that the hotel was bright and fairly clean. The food was fresh and the bar was nice. It was central and close to Museum for Contemporary Art.

Both my children and I loved being there. The buffet breakfast had variety of delicacies and was varied. This accommodation had a central setting close to tram stops. Lucky that it was not too far from Ploy Siam, offering food to go.

The room I booked was really hot!

We appreciated this top-notch hotel; its perfect breakfasts, compact rooms. Its location was central, walking distance to Lonza Group headquarters.

Every detail was beautiful, such as stuff and location. Kindness from the whole staff. I loved having tea/coffee and good Internet. It was rather big, bath luxury. Furthermore, the hotel was walking distance to an art gallery.

There's a train station walk from the place. The room was compact, with a very comfortable big bed.

I loved it, location and staff were fantastic! Nice lobby. The area was good, a great place for me. The restaurant was nice here, I had freshly cooked dishes.

Great value, enjoyable area. The breakfast was delicious, the room was vibrant and vibrant, we loved it. Remarkable view, a lovely balcony, amazing bed, too.

Good beds, picturesque location, tidy. And it also had magnificent view. I loved the hotel's Irish bar. Extremely polite staff members offered flawless service. Besides, I parked nearby.

Unbeatable location, great pool. Continental breakfast was LARGE & consisted of eggs, bread, cheese, hot waffles and pancakes. I loved the location near the central station. Reasonably priced hotel with an impeccable service.

It's not my first stay there and I would come here again. The units are pet-friendly, pet-friendly...

Would recommend to others. Located in the busy area, room is perfect and well-equipped. Particularly good breakfast, lots of food and beverages.

staff and location were pleasant, i had a fantastic stay. i got free upgrade and appreciated it. cheese, hardboiled eggs, slices of fresh bread, bangers and pancakes in the mornning in dining room. covered pool and local beach. it was a functional hotel in a modern area.

Not bad location, reasonably good breakfast. Comfortable room, modern bathroom. It was lovely with really comfy beds, good for us. First-class service provided by very very nice staff made our stay so fine!

Incredibly nice breakfast, especially bangers, scrambled eggs, pancakes, hot waffles and fresh bread, the staff was absolutely lovely! The room was a single and a single. Walking distance to the good beach. And it was close to a train station. Gorgeous interior, delightful restaurant. Cold wines and tea in the cafe bar, paid parking place.

The staff was efficient, the beds were spacious. We enjoyed the room, it was good sized. Thanks, we would definitely visit it again.
